We are a full custom caterer and we design one-of-a-kind menus to suite
each individual client and type of event. We have no set menus and yours
will be unique. The options will depend upon your needs and the seasonal
availablity of ingredients. Our menus are never duplicated and many of
the dishes are original, one-of-kind items, designed specifically to the
tastes of the client and those of their guests.
As a courtesy we custom-design menu cards and place cards for all our
menus.

of our culinary style and aesthetic. We look forward to working with you

We included this particular menu because we too remember and relish the
memories of childhood when foods were simple but outrageously full flavored,
and entertaining was as much about the family gathering as the chic get-togethers

A SOPHISTICATED MENU FOR THE YOUNG AND THE YOUNG AT HEART
We were contacted by a member of the Boston Pops Symphony Orchestra, who
is himself an accomplished conductor, to prepare a thank-you-menu for
his own orchestra made up entirely of 27 trombones. After the show at
the New England Conservatory the orchestra and their guests made their
way to the Keller ballroom for the following menu. We were asked to come
up with filling little bites that would appeal to a younger crowd of students,
but that were sophisticated enough for a seasoned palate. CLICK

Hors d'Oeuvres Party ~ Formal
A LITTLE SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE
For their 40th anniversary party this particular client requested an over-the-top
hors d'oeuvre party with a wild number of choices (twenty-one in all).
Rubies are the symbol of the 40th anniversary, so I suggested this as
a possible theme for the menu. The client later called and added two additional
themes: A Midsummer Night's Dream and Summer Garden Party. CLICK

Amuse Gueule Party ~ Informal
AROUND THE WORLD IN FOURTEEN PLATES
Amuse Gueule (pronounced ah-myuz guhl) are casual little bites meant to
whet the appetite before a meal and are typically served prior to a casual
meal in a bistro or brasserie. This was the expectation of one of our
clients who wanted an eight course tasting menu but with a casual approach
as opposed to the more formal amuse bouche presentations. The client requested
an East-Meets-West menu that would celebrate the coming together of two
families, one of European decent and the other Asian.Click here for the

This is a menu we prepared for a 50th birthday party. The client couldn't
decide if he preferred a formal sit-down menu or a buffet, and we couldn't
see any reason to choose one or the other, so we came up with a served
amuse bouche tasting menu followed by a Formal Buffet. It was designed
to take advantage of the outrageous bounty of produce and seafood for

EVENT
This menu was designed for an August wedding. The couple asked for a whimsical
affair, elegant, but with a playful twist and the foods should be prepared
to allow their guests to mix and mingle through the rooms of a large Inn
or to be brought back to the ballroom tables. After many discussions they
decided that they wanted a sampling of international cuisines representing
the places they had traveled as a couple, but they wanted the passed hors
d'oeuvres and many menu items to reflect a summery carnival or street

A small plates party is just what you're looking for when you want your
guests to have the option to mix and mingle throughout the night, but

SOMETIMES YOU WANT MORE THAN DELIVERY BUT LESS THAN A CATERED AFFAIR
Many of our corporate clients hire NMQP Catering on a regular basis to
"drop-off" and "pick-up" sandwiches, salads and sweets for their business
meetings. They want simple but upscale dishes that are easy to handle
while mingling, wheeling and dealing. NMQP Catering delivers the menu
items, sets up the buffet using our own serving pieces, utensils, plates
and cutlery, etc., and then returns later in the day to clean up and leave
the buffet area in the same condition in which it was found. This is a
small selection of some of our clients' favorite salads, sandwiches and

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP IS GREAT FOR PRIVATE ENTERTAINING TOO
Please note that the menu items above, and just about any other menu we
create can be delivered to your home or office and fully set-up and later
that day we will return to pick everything back up again. Take the credit…we
aren't telling anyone!
